Return & Exchange Policy
- Unused Product Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for used products due to hygiene and health concerns associated with personal care items.
- Requesting Refund or Replacement: If you wish to request a refund or replacement, please email us at [contact email] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number for our review.
- Damaged Product Documentation: Please ensure to provide clear pictures of the damaged or tampered side of the product or package.
- Processing Time: Kindly allow us 48-72 hours to review your request. Once approved, please allow 10 to 15 days from the return date for processing.
- Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: You may be eligible for a full refund or exchange if:
- The package is missing accessories.
- Bottles or packaging are damaged.
- Wrong or expired product was delivered.
- Returning Wrong Product: If you receive a wrong product, please keep it safe and undamaged in its original packaging along with the invoice for successful return and exchange.
- Returns Not Accepted If:
- The product is damaged, used, or without original packaging.
- It lacks the invoice or tampered batch number and price.
- Avoid Usage for Complaints: Please refrain from using the item for which you've raised a complaint.
- Pilferage Claims: Any claims regarding pilfered deliveries must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds are applicable if there's insufficient information provided or failure to provide snapshots of essential documents.
- Exclusions: Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or allergic reactions are not covered under our policy. Festive gift boxes and certain products are non-exchangeable or refundable.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- We may contact you to assess damage or defects prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfers within 5 to 7 business days post-initiation.
- For NEFT payments, refunds may take 3 to 5 business days. Prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
